Slow Food

Join local chefs and Slow Food Santa Fe board members, Michelle Roetzer (on June 25) or Tanya Story (on July 23) for a morning at the beautiful Santa Fe Farmers Market to procure the best local ingredients. Zip back to the community college kitchens to prepare lunch using techniques to highlight the seasonal flavor of what has been chosen. The trip to the farmers market will include talking with local farmers and learning why local and sustainable food sources are vital to the health of a community. Slow food is certain to produce a delicious lunch. Bon appetite!
