In this transformative workshop visionary artist Lisa de St. Croix will provide a safe and sacred space to paint from the deep inner wisdom that resides within you. Using guided meditation and classic shamanic technique of the heartbeat drum, Lisa will lead you into a trance journey where your spirit guides and totem animals reside. Remaining in a light trance you will intuitively paint your visions. Includes materials and a light lunch.
