We will work from photographs of the landscape. Pastel techniques, including mixed media pastel, will be taught. Imaginative simplification, creative use of edges and transitions, and an exploration and understanding of the relationship between COLOR and DARK AND LIGHT TONES
will be emphasized. Loosening up exercises that stimulate your imagination and connection to what you want to express are an important part of each class.
All levels of experience are welcome
