
Sometimes bread making is not only productive, it’s fun, like when learning to make a variety of bakery rolls. There are rolls appropriate for every occasion and each baking sheet is a batch of little successes. The instructor will lead you through crusty European rolls, butterflake rolls, hamburger or hot dog rolls and, as an extra kick, pretzels.Lisa Gosper-Espinosa is an accomplished pastry chef who has worked in a variety of restaurants in Santa Fe.
