The land and light of New Mexico, which have drawn poets, artists, painters, and photographers for more than a century, will be our focus for the week. You will walk the enchanted land with photographer Steve Bundy, photographing a unique environment in an atmosphere of adventure and discovery. Steve will share his favorite places with you. You will explore the diverse culture, architecture, and landscape of northern New Mexico, learning how to capture its power and beauty with your camera. While based in Santa Fe, you will travel to locations within easy reach, where you will receive one-on-one field instruction on technical and aesthetic issues. Class sessions offer opportunities for feedback on your digital images and discussions of many aspects of the medium.

Steve will talk about personal style and learning how to visualize a photograph before you create it. On field shoots, you will receive one-on-one instruction and attention while you work with your camera, with emphasis on encouraging you to think more deeply about how you create photographs.
