Facebook has recently come up with a “new” timeline. You would think that no one had ever used a timeline before. Well, timelines have been around for a long time, and can be used in many ways. A timeline can lead you to insights that you really never thought were within you, and you see patterns that might never have been apparent to you. Using personal mementos, photos and a timeline divided into decades, years or months, you can gain insight into your personal background. You do not have to use a typical “ruler style” timeline, and I can provide guidance to allow you to see your life in a “different light”.
