Metal Shop: Riveting Jewelry

This is a cold connection workshop that explores using rivets to join metals and/or non metal pieces together. This simple technique can be used to make jewelry with elevated areas, moving parts or multi-layered work without the use of a torch. We will be working with small parts so bring your magnification or opti-visors.

Where: Tarnoff Art Center, 4 Wildflower Lane, Rowe, NM 87562
Time: 10:00-12:00, lunch from 12:00-1:00 and more art making 12:30-6:00PM.
Cost: $165 materials supplied
*Students are encourages to bring in found objects broken and vintage jewelry parts to use in their projects.
*Space is limited to 5 Students, we reserve spaces on a first come first serve basis. Payment is due in full at time of reservation.
