Tapas are appetizers that play a big role in Spanish cuisine. Learn to create a wide variety for your next party or event. Tapas can be cold or warm; we will make both as we explore traditional dishes. Time allowing, try your hand at shrimp fritters, spicy sausage and cheese tortilla, ceviche, artichoke cakes with aioli, and empanadas.
