A Natural Eye Master Class: Finding Your Voice with Santa Fe Photographic Workshops / September 23, 2012
There comes a time in the creative journey when it’s no longer enough to make nice but unconnected images. Instead, you find yourself looking for a voice, a starting point from which to express a passion, and a way to tie all together. This new landscape master class takes the journey deeper, as you figure out what you want to say and explore ways of saying it.
Our week begins with your presentation of where you are, and where you want to go, photographically. Then you look inside yourself and determine how to bring your vision forward. Using your camera as a sketching tool, you are introduced to many ways of articulating your vision and many outlets for introducing it to the world. Our week includes daily forums, photo diaries, visual exercises, and guest artists who share their own journeys. Throughout, Eddie celebrates the act of seeing and shares his commitment to complete immersion in the landscape. His contagious enthusiasm and invaluable guidance support you as you plunge into deeper commitment.
Take your technical proficiency and self-sufficiency to the next level as you connect with your individual voice and discover how to create compelling images with a unifying focus.
