Happiness needs no reason!

A workshop for healing the confusion of this time; (things seem to be falling apart) and finding real blessings and beauty in the world to warm our hearts. The soul and spirit connections we build with each other will be a blessing and moral and spiritual compass for these sometimes dark times.

Sharing our stories, poetry meditation and visualizations, earth art and playing with mud and having fun are a few of the ways we can find health and healing for ourselves and for the world.

We will use Rachel Naomi Remens delightful book, “My Grandfathers Blessings” as a guidebook for our work and play together.
