Visual Journaling with Lisa de St. Croix / September 12th, 2012
Creativity is a path of transformation to understand your soul’s journey. A Visual Journal is a sacred space to record your deepest thoughts and emotions through art making and writing. It is a place to be real, raw and experimental. It is a diary and sketchbook combined, a container for memories, hopes and dreams. Visual Journaling is a creative way to try new techniques. It is both playful and healing and can be a guide to finding answers. Visual Journaling will become an ongoing practice that will lead you to greater insights. I have been teaching Visual Journal workshops for over ten years. My classes are designed to help slow down, tune in and create. We start with a blank book, on hand will be a variety of materials such as pastels, paint and collage material. Learn new techniques while having fun discovering how to create a meaningful and exciting record of your life. Workshops are held in my sunny, spacious Santa Fe studio. Individual and group sessions are available.
