Explore working in rich red earthenware clay! This intensive workshop will focus on hand building techniques and low-fire surface design. You “choose your own adventure” by focusing on coil building, slab formations, pinch pot creation, and/or basic wheel throwing techniques. That’s just the foundation! Sculptural and functional work will then embark upon a surface treatment journey. We will explore: relief design, carved design, texture design, washes, painting techniques, underglaze treatments, and low-fire glaze application. Indulge your imagination and creative potential by signing up for my workshop today!
