Soups occupy an important place in all major European cooking traditions. Begin with simple stocks and then learn a variety of hot and cold soups that will get any meal off to a good start. The soups we make will depend on the seasonal availability of fresh ingredients. Anthony Damiano recently opened “Sup” at the corner of St. Francis Drive and Cordova Road.
