A Visual Journal is a diary and sketchbook combined, a way to record your experiences, emotions and dreams through art and writing. Visual Journaling can become a practice that leads to greater insight.
About the Teacher
I have been teaching Visual Journal workshops for over eleven years. My classes are designed to help you slow down, tune in and create. I supply a good quality sketchbook and a variety of art supplies to play and experiment with. Learn easy art techniques while having fun discovering how to create a meaningful and exciting record of your life. Workshops are held in my sunny, spacious Santa Fe studio.- Lisa
