An exquisite art studio in Eldorado for you to take whatever time and space you need for a working artist’s retreat. No interruptions, beautiful silence and magnificent views. If you are a painter, writer, sculptor or photographer and need space, quiet, and inspiration, this is a special place to do just that. Live and work here for a few days or a few months; it’s up to you.
The studio has three rooms: 23′ x 24′, 15′ x 19′ and 10′ x 13′. The ceilings are 15′ high with skylights and track lights. There are huge doors for big projects like sculptures, etc. and the floor has radiant heating.
Fully equipped kitchen, tiled full bath, queen-sized bed, fold-out futon couch, huge north facing windows looking out at the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and lots of storage space.
You will have mountains all around you, 4,000 acres of state trust land in the back yard to traverse, wonderful quiet all the time except for the occasional coyote, raven, antelope or owl! A nice shopping center is close by and a 25 minute drive will bring you to the heart of beautiful downtown Santa Fe.
Rent: monthly - $1,200, 3 weeks - $1,000, 2 weeks – $800, Weekly - $450, Daily – $65
All charges include bedding, towels and private parking. A deposit is required to hold for the rental period desired. Please note: this is a No Smoking studio.
