Contact Theo at his studio-gallery in Santa Fe to learn about scheduling a 2-hour session working with stoneware clay. Beginners & advanced are welcome, and times are flexible. Learn some basics about throwing on the potter’s wheel – or target a particular area of studio practice you’d like to improve on – trimming, glazing, throwing large forms, glaze formulation, etc. A full-time potter and experienced teacher for both kids & adults, Theo tailors each session to fit the interests of participants.

*Includes all materials and a two hour class.

This 1 day workshop will teach participants how to prepare and spin raw wool into warm, delightful and beautiful skeins of yarn, ready to knit or weave. History of handspinning and use of different fibers will be discussed. Emphasis will be on the history and use of Navajo-Churro wool, which was brought here by Don Juan de Onate in 1598.
