Zen Meditation with Kando – BODY

Learn Zen meditation in a relaxed setting. The meditation will happen on a weekly basis in form of an open forum. The meetings will be flexible to meet the needs of participants. The general format will include instruction for the techniques in Zen meditation, discussion of the history and context of Zen practice, opportunities for questions and a guided meditation. This  gathering will evolve as time passes. Jim KANDO Green has been practicing Zen meditation daily since 1993. In 2006 he became the senior student of Sydney Musai Walter Roshi and got ordained as a priest/monk.
